When i try to go to Report > Software > Software it's just giving me a connection reset error. all of the other report pages appear to come up correctly but this one is having some sort of issue.
Server: Windows server 2016
Open-Audit Version: 2.0.11
In the file c:\omk\conf\opCommon.nmis (a text file):
Set the oae_debug_level level to "1" in the "openauditenterprise" section.
Set omkd_log_level to "debug" in the "omkd" section.
Save the file and restart the OMK service.
Log in to Open-AudIT and run the query. If it fail, check the file c:\omk\log\open-audit.log (it's a text file).
That should give you some indication of why it's failing.
Afterwards, set those values in the config file back to their originals (0 and info) and restart the OMK service.
