How can I create an XML Report that will allow the user to enter a particular hostname

How can I create an XML Report that will allow the user to enter a particular hostname and click "OK" and then the report will display all the software installed on that particular host.

The report content cam be saved in Excel or CSV files.

 

I am using Open audit "Community Version"

      Substitute the required device hostname in the URL (in this case, for hel).

      The resulting web page will have the option to Export to CSV, JSON, HTML and XML.

      There is no GUI functionality to take an input and run a query based upon that.
