opTrend cannot launch with Server Unrecoverable Error

Hi All,

We have install "OpTrend-Linux-x86_64-1.6.2.run" on "Centos 7"

Our environment have all the listed module below:

nmis8.6.8G.run

opEvents-Linux-x86_64-2.4.4.run
opFlow-Linux-x86_64-3.0.14.run
opHA-Linux-x86_64-2.1.6.run
OAE-Linux-x86_64-release_3.2.2.run

opReports-Linux-x86_64-3.1.11.run
opCharts-Linux-x86_64-3.3.4.run

opConfig-Linux-x86_64-3.2.1.run

opTrend-Linux-x86_64-1.6.2.run

We have got all the other modules up and running by following the installation steps provided by individual modules except opTrend. Currently the module is not launch. Its only show the above page.

I thought the problem is similar to :

Error: Server Error: The system has encountered an unrecoverable error.

But your support team advise me to raise separate trouble ticket due to it happen in different module.

I have checked all the relavant log files below:

common.log.

install.log

mongodb.log

Couldn't fine any other error. Tell me you want me to send the files

Actual Error:

In /usr/local/omk/log/opDaemon.log I have seen this error:
