Cant poll any Cisco configs

Im testing opConfig for simple functionally like cisco routers configs pull and remote access like SolarWinds NCM but running into issue when try to run "New Virtual Operator Job" using command set:


I get this message no matter what command set i run, my own "custom" or pick on of IOS's from the presets, I always get this:


Any suggestions to solve the issue?

      Was able to solve the issue by adding IOS in the Os text box, under "OS Info" section.
