Email Notifications for a Specific Node and Interface (dont work)

Hi, I've done everything the guide Email Notifications for a Specific Node and Interface(Creating NMIS Email Notifications for a Specific Node and Interface), Interface Customise Speed, Collection, Thresholds(How To Customise Interface Speed, Collection, Thresholds and Events Using Node Configuration), setup 10 MB sppeed input, but do not receive notification to the alternate mail, how I can do?
Note 1: input speed exceeds 10MB
Note 2: the notification is received in system logs and the contact who relive all the events

      Alejandro,

      Did you get this working?

      Did you customise the thresholds?  NMIS uses a thresholding system and that is how alerts are generated.  Are you seeing events called "Proactive Interface Input or Output Utilisation" in the event log?

        Hi Alejandro,

        Could you please provide a little more information, we will need to understand what you have configured, please include the information from the Escalations configuration and some information about the interface and the node.
