Where do I find the Open-Audit 5.x upgrade process for Windows?

Apparently just running the installer as in the past is not the way to upgrade. The Database is currently empty following the Upgrade 4.2 → 5.1 on Windows.  I can restore a backup if necessary.

What is the recommended course of action to get the data from the 4.2 database into 5.1?

    I did not get prompted for a database upgrade. I don't know where to look to find it. I'm logging into  https://localhost/open-audit/index.php/logon and get taken to what appears the enterprise dashboard

    I guess that was for Enterprise, standard links takes me to  https://localhost/open-audit/index.php after login.

    In case others read this... Rick and I had a screenshare session.

    The database looked corrupt.

    We restored from the database backup created during the upgrade.

      Apparently the upgrade deleted the old database, there is no trace of it; even tried a recovery tool with no luck.
