I'm currently evaluating Open-AudIT for our needs, one of the key features is that there is an API that we can query to pull out info.
I'm starting work on a PowerShell module for use with the API but I'm just wondering where you are up to with regards to enabling "additional fields" and "groups" via the API?
These two items would be deal breakers for us as without them, there is no easy way to identify who our servers belong to (we don't use computer names for this purpose).
Any info on this would be appreciated, also if you would be interested in a general, public PowerShell module for Open-AudIT then I'm happy to discuss further.
Groups will be API complete in the next release.
Just a quick update on this, I can see "additional_fields" is actually pulling back data which is great (should have tried this before posting!).
I'm not sure on "groups" though, has this been implemented yet?
