Thanks Mark for your quick response. Of course I figured out the problem after I submitted the question. I overlooked the setting to submit the audit online. Simple as that now the script is working as advertised.

We are running version 1.12.6 of open audit enterprise. The system is able to audit the windows domain correctly. When we try to audit a Red Hat linux system with the audit_linux.sh script no computers are added to the data base. There is an xmf file that is created after the audit finishes. After manually trying to import the data with a get command we get an error that points to a possible problem with the xml file.
