Audit for a target machine

When i audit a target machine, it only retrieve a few data, not like the server, is it suppose to be like that and have audit manually for a target computer or is there a way that can be audit like the server? And how to change default time although i have changed location and it did not change the time? Screenshot attached:

      James,

      This discovered device was only seen by Nmap. Have you added credentials to Open-AudIT to allow full discovery?

        James,

        Open-Audit displays data that it discovers.  If there is an absence of data this indicates that it did not discover it.  Where did you change the location?
