My directory looks like:
[mark@centos6 html]$ cd /var/www/html [mark@centos6 html]$ ls -lh total 220K lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 36 Jul 7 2015 open-audit -> /usr/local/open-audit/www/open-audit

Just an update that this looks to be a permissions issue.
I'm working on it and hope to have a fixed release ASAP.
EDIT - 2.3.3 now available for download. Includes all errata patches and fixed file permissions.

It is happening to me also. I'm on Centos 7

Just upgraded to 2.3.2 .. 2.3.1 was running OK.

Check your directory and file spermissions are allowing access (as above).

What OS is your Open-AudIT server?
The upgrade has been tested on all supported operating systems and (obviously) passed (or we wouldn't have released it).
