good day,

The reason for this is to request your support, due to scheduled work I need to stop the OpEvents module for a few hours. How can I make the alarms that are active in NMIS that were generated during the time this module was stopped? Synchronize when you re-enable it.

Thank you in advance for your support and I keep an eye on your comments.

Greetings.

      Juan,

In this case could the NMIS outage feature be helpful?  Depending on your environment leveraging this feature may prevent opEvents from seeing alerts during the outage window; with this approach it might not be necessary to disable opEvents.

      Best regards,

        Hello Juan

opEvents can not resynchronize events in the past, opEvents is configured to forward actual events in the moment they happens. In this case you can not perform that action, We can develop   (development hours needed) something if needed.

        Regards
