I also received 403 errors for /index.php, both at login screen and using the default credentials. I'll grab the update and advise.

Update succeeded. For reference, I was using the Opmantek Appliance, running CentOS 6.

Just an update that this looks to be a permissions issue.
I'm working on it and hope to have a fixed release ASAP.
EDIT - 2.3.3 now available for download. Includes all errata patches and fixed file permissions.

Debian 8.4.0 which i try update from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS which i try clean install 2.3.2

What Distribution and version of that distribution are you using?

I try upgrade open-audit 2.3.1 to 2.3.2, but when its completed, all is broken.
I try to install 2.3.2 to other server, but it is have theerror too.
The error is: Your system folder path does not appear to be set correctly. Please open the following file and correct this: index.php
The upgraded version i restored the previous version.
Please help.
