Operating System Names report shows error

Hello,

I have the following report

When I "drill down" into SBS 2011 I see the following

Any idea what is wrong / caused this?

      OS Family is blank

        Hello Mark,

        On the report shown, all the other entries show the detail (i.e. the computers) except for the SBS 2011

        item.

        The name of the SBS2011 computer is: Server

        1. Mark Unwin

          If you view the details of that machine "server", what is it's OS Family listed as?

        Does it do that for only SBS 2011, or all entries?

        I just checked here, and it seems fine, although I do not have an SBS 2011 to test.

        I do notice an ? in the name. Likely a UTF8 or Unicode character not being handled.
