To manage software on a device, the device must have been discovered and/or audited. You cannot manually add software to a device.
Once the device has been discovered, you can add Licenses that match the software and Open-AudIT will detect on which computers it is installed and calculate the licensing for you.
The computer example screenshot you have provided shows a manually added device. As said, it must be an audited device. You can see there is no "Software" menu item on the left, hence no way for Open-AudIT to match a license with an installed piece of software.

Dear All,
I am trying to use Open-Audit, I added some computer device and software (Licenses page) record.
For example I added 10 Licenses (Symantec Anti virus), but I didn't find anyway to add the which computer installed the software.
