NMIS9 403 Forbidden Error

I recently installed NMIS 9 on centos machine but I was unable to access the following

http://<IP>/cgi-nmis9/nmiscgi.pl

      Hi, Marle, 


      It looks like an Apache error. 

      The NMIS 9 installer set up Apache automatically.

      Do you have selinux enabled? 

      Is there any errors in the nmis install log?
