How do you compare to other solutions, like Solarwinds?

   Opmantek's Solutions compare favorably against every major competitor. It is important to note, however, that when you compare our product line you should be including not just NMIS, but Open-AudIT Enterprise and all of Opmantek's commercial modules when creating a feature and capability list.

   That being said, we are generally 1/3-1/2 the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of every competitor, we offer faster implementation (generally up and running in hours not months), and offer more robust features like massive scalability, support for MSP and Telco environments, and integration with 3rd party systems far beyond what others have right out of the box.

   One client said he chose us over one of the Big-5 NMS players because we weren't offering an "Enterprise" system, but instead was a solution for Systems Engineers .
