How to open Dashboard of NMIS?

I've installed and logged in into the NMIS8 and now i see [root@opmantek ~]# now what should I do next ? How do I start using the tool?

        vik, you can access all the applications that are included on the Opmantek Virtual Appliance with your browser, starting at the URL "http:<your system's ip address>/".

        By default the Opmantek Applicance uses DHCP to get a (dynamic) IP address from your router; if you can't easily convince your router to show you the address that it handed out,  you can also run "ifconfig" while logged in interactively (ie. at the "root@opmantek" prompt).
