Getting 'The system has encountered an unrecoverable error' after loading trial key

Requested a trial key and copied it into the window. No longer get logon page. Getting unrecoverable error message.

      Could you please check if database has been created correctly during setup:

      # mysql -u root -pmysqlrootpassword -e "show databases;"

      It should list a database called "openaudit"

        I get the login page. After authenticating I get the unrecoverable error page

          If you go to http://<yourserver>/omk/oae you get nothing?

            Linux install. I did use standard install method and I have restarted the omkd service. I just get the error page, nothing else.

              Is this a Windows or Linux installation?

              Did you use the standard install method?

              Have you restarted the omkd service and tried again?
