   We'll need some more info.

   Are you running on Linux or Windows? What version?

   Was this a fresh install of 1.12.6 or an upgrade?

   Was Open-AudIT working then stopped?

   Have you been to the page http://SERVER/open-audit/index.php/main/help_support and checked everything is OK there?
