      If you can email me an attachment containing an audit result for that device I can take a look. Run the below locally on the target device (in the same directory as a copy of the audit script).

      cscript audit_windows.vbs submit_online=n create_file=y

      This will create an XML file. Email that to marku@opmantek.com and I'll see what I can see...
