Hello Johnny,
If you click and drag the Window resizing icon /// in the bottom right corner of the window is there content? If not, which version of NMIS are you running, what OS is it installed on, and has this install been working up until recently? If so, what has changed?
Best,
Mark H

Hi Mark,
Sorry for late reply.
I'm using centos 7 and NMIS 8.6.7G
I have changed the folder name and reinstalled it again.
I am able to add nodes again but always getting in the Metrics dashboard:
NMIS self test: ERROR: /usr/local/nmis8/var/service_status is not a directory
when clicking on reset status it clears and then reappear again.
Thank you and Best Regards,
Johny

Johnny, The service_status directory should exist. We wil investigate why it may not have been created. IN the meantime, you can manually create teh folder from the command line with mkdir /usr/local/nmis8/var/service_status The folder will need these permissions drwxrwx--- and should be owned by nmis:nmis
