The very first think to check are the daemons please check
service omkd status, if is stopped please do service omkd start,
If the problem persist go to
/omk/log/omkd_out.log
Check if something is not working.

What is the host software (and version) for the Opmantek VM?
After installing the appliance ovf image, I get the attached error when accessing anything under the omk directory. The directory is also not present in the apache directory structure for the install
