Hi All,

We have install "OAE-Linux-x86_64-release_2.3.2.run" on "Oracle Linux Server release 7.5"

during instalation system doenot show me any error. But when we loged in system give me "Server Error"

see attached image. 

 

When we see "opDaemon.log" file it's showing me following error.

 

[error] Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /</usr/local/omk/script/../lib/OaeController.pm.exe>Opmantek/Plugin/OaeHelpers.pm line 795.
[Fri Feb 22 09:15:47 2019] [error] Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /</usr/local/omk/script/../lib/OaeController.pm.exe>Opmantek/Plugin/OaeHelpers.pm line 795.

 

Some please help me on same.

      Hi All,

      Now problem has been fixed. This problem was due to mariadb instalastion.

      to fix this problem support team provided solution to us.

      to fix it we have use following steps

      1. removed all existion mysql/mariadb 
      2. reinstalled it
      3. login to DB using mysql -u root
      4. create openaudit db
      5. create openaudit user and password 

      MySQL hints

        Hi All,

        I am also faced the same problem but my case it happen when I was about to launch opTrend. The solution steps does not work for me.

          This is not related. They are different products.

        Thanks! for your reply we also did it as sugested in Installing on Oracle Linux 7.6 but no success.

            I'd suggest a support contract. I know it works on Oracle, it's documented in the wiki. If it is not for you, then a deeper level of support is likely required.
