Hello Kai,
NMIS only supports a single entry for a Radius server. In most Radius implementations, redundancy is provided by a Radius Proxy or Authenticator; how this is configured will depend on your Radius server.
For example, with FreeRadius you would handle it using Load Balancing: https://wiki.freeradius.org/config/Load-balancing

Are you wanting to run 2 NMIS polling servers in hot/hot for high availability/disaster recovery? If that's correct, you should consider Opmantek's opHA module; https://opmantek.com/distributed-network-management-system/

I can configure one radius server in Config.nmis by auth_radius_server.
I need a secondary entry for backup.Kai P.
