Hi

How can we configure NMIS to send Critical and Fatal snmp traps to another server?

      Ashar,

      To do this in NMIS you would use the feature described in this WIKI page, Custom Notification Methods for NMIS Events.  You will need to create your SNMP trap sending capabilities in the plugin and let NMIS use this for sending notifications.

      Opmantek also has a powerful event management system opEvents which can send SNMP Traps to other applications, Configuring opEvents to send SNMP Traps
