Check This is likely due to PHP not being set to the correct time zone. Go to Menu -> Help -> About and you should see some basic information about your install - including the time zone. If it is not set correctly, check the PHP configuration file. For Windows it is c:\xampplite\php\php.ini Make sure you have your correct timezone time zone on line 1013 (or thereabouts):
