opCharts 3.3.0 Released

This release features the new Getting Started Wizard which helps in setting up a new environment faster and getting your first nodes ingested quickly.
If any configuration is changed through the wizard, files are revisioned and kept in the backup folder. This is also true for nodes edited through the wizard, these would then be saved in /usr/local/nmis8/backups

Two new configuration items inside opCommon.nmis:

'directories' => {
	'<omk_backup>' => '<omk_base>/backup', #Where backups are kept
},
'core' => {
	'max_backup_files' => 50, #How many revesions of a backup file to keep
}
