      Hi Eduardo,

      You can add device support using device modelling in NMIS, this is a data file which tells NMIS which MIBS to poll and how to handle them.

      The main documentation for this is on the WIKI site at Device Modelling Checklist, you will find some training at on the page, including a video and documentation.
