Is there a way to get a list of devices in NMIS that have an average ping loss above say 10%

We have strange ping behaviour on the following switch which shows an average ping loss of 19.69%.  I was wondering if there is a way in NMIS that we could search for all devices that have an average ping loss of greater than a certain percentage to see if this is happening on multiple devices.
