We've been a bit remiss in not posting news items for new NMIS 9 beta releases for a while, so here you are:

the most recent NMIS 9 release, 9.0.5, went out this week. This is what we'd call a 'very late beta' release, development progress has been good and we're getting very close to a general release.

NMIS 8.6.8G release

We've released version 8.6.8G of NMIS today, which contains a number of bug fixes and  improvements;  in particular improved candidate node selection and process management, and reworked modelling for Net-SNMP devices.

We've released Version 9.0.1 of NMIS 9 today. This is a late beta release that works pretty well and we're getting close to a general release.
It's possible to run NMIS 8 and 9 in parallel on a single system, so experimenting  with the next generation of NMIS is quite easy.

Today we've released version 8.6.6G of NMIS, which introduces one new feature for multi-homed hosts and contains a number of bug fixes and minor improvements.

We've just released version 8.6.5G of NMIS, which is primarily a maintenance release fixing certain NMIS-OMK SSO issues but also introduces summarisation options for graph data export.

We've just released a new Opmantek Virtual Appliance, with upgraded versions of almost all applications and various other improvements (which are described in more detail in the VM Appliance release notes).
