I want to import data from openaudit into servicenow by using FTP, but i am getting some errors

can any one help regarding this error? see below screen

      Vamsi - the error reported in the Message line would suggest Service Now cannot connect to your Open-AudIT server using the IP and/or port. Once you do get your connection working what file(s) are you hoping to retrieve from the Open-AudIT server?
