Dependencies update

Please update the wiki page[1] about the dependencies needed for installation. On github the requirements are updated and it shows that for debian libtime-modules-perl, libpng12-0 & awscli are not needed anymore.

Also wiki shows only debian version 10 and not 11/12.

    Debian 12 says not installation candidate for module "libtime-modules-perl" - it suggests to use "libtime-parsedate-perl" instead.
