NMIS9 does not have install folder anymore. Instead of install now it has conf_default.The file path has been changed from "/usr/local/nmis8/install" to "/usr/local/nmis9/conf_default" . All things under conf are either be there or in conf_default. To customise things other than using GUI , user need to copy and edit the files in conf. Conf_default is automatically upgraded and all the customise data goes to conf. Installer looks for and reports custom files in conf that are different from the shipped stuff.
